          A fantastic resource on mental health and addictions - includes information on where and how to get help for yourself or a friend.

Kingston Interval House
          A shelter for woman and their children who have been abused or fear they may be assaulted. Women in housing crisis may also find information and help here.

Kingston Youth Shelter
          A shelter for male and female youth aged 16-24 in need of emergency housing.

Sexual Assault Centre
          An organization providing crisis, short and long term help for people who have experienced sexual violence. Included a 24 hour crisis phone line.

Lesbian, Gay, Bi, and Trans Youthline
          A phone line for youth under 26 years old. Provides support for gay, lesbian, bisexual, queer, transgendered, transsexual, questioning, and 2-spirited young people. Includes a 24 hour phone line and support through email.
